I need help accessing my online account for teachers. I received the verification email that I had been approved and that was about a month in advance of when I needed my class to start working on QBO. I don't remember if I had to set up a user ID and password at that time. Yesterday, I went to the link in the email and clicked, and it said for me to sign into my account.
I used the Forgot Password link and typed in the email address associated with the verification. The response was there was not an account associated with that email. I tried calling support but you can't speak to a person if you don't have an account, and the chat option isn't working either.
I need to access this fairly soon or I'll need to scrap the class project using QuickBooks and substitute another accounting software. Please give me some idea of how to resolve this. Thank you for the quick response but it still doesn't address my issue. I received the email with the Get Started link. I vaguely remember clicking the link and looking at some of the available resources. If I'm interpreting this correctly, that's a one-time use link and I must have set up my account then.
